Black Rock Sands, our development at Marine Drive in Widemouth Bay, Bude, is probably most remarkable for its close proximity to the sea – the front edge of the site is approximately 150 yards over the dunes to the beach, and is no more than 500 yards from the water's edge, in an elevated position!! In addition to its unique location, Black Rock Sands further benefits from direct access on to the main road to Bude (being Marine Drive) and also from the open fields to the wide view to its side.
The development itself is a well balanced one, incorporating 4 x 4 bedroom houses and 4 x 3 bedrooms houses, being 8 houses in all. Every property will be well built, constructed with a timber frame, and also coated in a scientifically engineered render board to provide a strong defence against the elements, being that this is a sea front development.
